Mushin local government welcomed dignitaries far and near, like the All Progressives Congress political leaders, religious, traditional and community leaders and members to the official commissioning of Legacy Projects that include Isokan FM 106.7, Senator Ganiu Olarewaju Solomon Utlra-Modern Complex at Oliyide street opposite Mushin General Hospital and newly redeveloped Mushin market, roads and other projects completed within the last two to three months by Hon. Emmanuel Bamigboye's administration which comes to an end next week. 

Dignitaries such as the Deputy Governor of Lagos State Dr. Obafemi Kadri Hamzat representing the Governor of Lagos State, Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu, Senator Ganiu Olarewaju Solomon popularly known as Senator GOS,  the Apex leader of APC in Mushin and Odi-Olowo Ojuwoye and member of Lagos State Governing Advisory Council, the Lagos State Chief of Staff, Mr. Tayo Ayinde, the APC, Lagos Chapter Chairman, Pastor Conelious Ojelabi who spoke at the event congratulated the Chairman for good job done, making the party great in term of delivering dividend of democracy and urged party members to take the next election setious to deliver massive votes for the reelection of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

"Mr. Chairman, you have done well because you have aligned yourself with the THEMESPlus agenda of Lagos State government, that is why the Governor deem it fit to send his capable hand, the Deputy Governor, and me to felicitate with you on this achievement." Mr. Tayo Ayinde, the Chief of Staff of Lagos State said. 

"I want to thank everyone here today for witnessing the commissioning of this laudable achievement recorded by the Chairman of Mushin LGA, Hon. Emmanuel Bamigboye, who will hand over to the next Chairman, Hon. Aruwe. Also, thank the people of Mushin for doing so well during the last local government election. 

"We thank you for your support and commitment to our party, " said Pastor Ojelabi, the APC Chairman, Lagos State Chapter. 

Speaking with pressmen, The Distinguished Senator Ganiu Olarewaju Solomon rating the performance of the Council Chairman said, "He has done well which is why we are here today to commission some of his laudable projects and achievements, he has done roads like 90 roads, built schools, commissioning hospitall and a radio station owned by the local, government, this is great. 

"He deliberately put the commissioning of these projects to his last days in office, which is why we are celebrating with him". Senator Ganiu Olanrewaju Solomon said. 

Addressing the guests, the Deputy Governor called the incoming Chairman to the stage and assured the people of Mushin that he will perform and do more than his predecessor because he is part of the wonderful work of the Chairman, "He has learned about good governance and I want to assure you that he will do even better." He said. 

Speaking with pressmen The Deputy Governor described the significance of the multipurpose building complex named after the Apex leader and GAC member, Senator Ganiu Olarewaju Solomon as a valueable complex that will make the people of Mushin in getting the services of State agencies like LASSRA and others, Federal agencies like Immigration and others in one place and the radio station which will be giving people information about what is happening around them,. 

"I congratulate the Chairman for a well done job and we are proud of him". He added. 

The Executive Chairman, addressing the people, expressed profound gratitude to God for his divine mercy on his journey in serving the people of Mushin. 

He said, "Today marks a significant milestone in our journey of inclusive development and people-centred governance, we are here to commission: Senator Ganiu Olanrewaju Solomon Ultra-Modern -Office Complex at Oliyide Street, 1st radio station in Mushin Local Government, newly constructed and rehabilitated roads across the Ten Wards in Mushin LGA, Mushin Main Market, renovated public schools building, primary, and healthcare centre just to mention a few. " 

The Chairman took the Deputy Governor along with other dignitaries to the radio station and where a live broadcast was aired. 

Then the convoy of the Deputy Governor and others went to the Mushin Market to commission the Market and the Market Street road that links to the Agege Motor Road.
