The presiding pastor at the ceremony, Rev. Father Ben Tony Ngwu of St. Louis Catholic from Abuja made the people understand the important of thanksgiving and advised boys at the market to appreciate whatever situation they are because whatever someone takes for granted, someone else is looking for it. Citing example that some young Igbo boys at the village are desperate to come to the market while those in the market are desperate of living the market to China.
He also appreciated the State and Local government for the ongoing road construction within Ladipo market and urged the leaders of the market to express one love with every members of the market irrespective of tribe, ethnic background.
The chairman of the market Emmanuel Mbanara thanked the local government chairman Hon. Emmanuel Bamigboye for his support toward achieving his promises to the people of the market for approving the borehole water and toilet project.

The height of the event was the commissioning of the water borehole and toilet by the Chairman of Mushin Local Government, the facilities were built for the market because the absence of water and toilet have been a great challenge to the market.
