A yet to be identified hit and run driver reportedly killed a former Lagos State Military Governor, Group Captain Gbolahan Mudashiru'x son, Dr Olaolu Mudashiru along Bourdilon Road in Ikoyi, Lagos State.

The Nation reported that the victim was an accomplished surgeon, finance expert and bicyclist, who rides his bicycle habitually in the morning was hit by a driver and run away from the scene of the accident this morning,  this was disclosed by a close friend, Mr Muyiwa Omolulu, from Kigali, in Rwanda, attended the Nigeria Military School, Zaria to get her on a social media group forum.

“It is with great sadness that I announce the passing this morning of a senior Ex-Boy, Dr Olaolu Mudasiru (Dr Bob) of a cycling accident in Lagos by 5 am this morning. He was the senior brother to an esteemed colleague of ours on this forum, Olusola Mudasiru. Rest in Perfect Peace, my brother. May God grant you eternal rest,” Omolulu posted.
