The All Progressives Congress (APC) leadership in Mushin and Odi-Olowo Ojuwoye marked the 62nd birthday of Lagos State Deputy Governor Dr Kadri Obafemi Hamzat with a series of interfaith prayer sessions across the two communities.

Dr Hamzat, who clocked 62 on Saturday, September 19, 2026, is also the APC candidate for the 2027 Lagos State governorship election.

Instead of a conventional birthday celebration, party leaders and religious communities gathered at mosques and churches to pray for the celebrant, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, and APC candidates ahead of the 2027 elections.
