The annual under 13 Mushin Street Soccer tournament hosted by Mushines Community Newspaper in conjunction with Mushin LGA tagged Bamigboye's Cup 2024 is set to kick off the second edition as the Council Chairman, Hon. Emmanuel Bamigboye, unveiled the player's jerseys.

The Chairman, at the presentation of players' jerseys to ward Councilors and Superving Councilors in his office today, urged every participant in the tournament to maintain peace during and after the tournament in their various communities as the tournament is to unite the people of Mushin LGA and promote peaceful social and sport engagement among the resident. 

The street soccer tournament, which is to engage the youngsters during their summer holiday, had its first edition hosted last year where the ten wards within the local council played home and away matches, and Ward H emerged as the winner in the final match played at the Council Secretariat car park. 

This year's tournament will start on Saturday, 10 to  24  August 2024, with the following match features and draw in the pictures below at various wards' locations within the LGA.
